Bait and Switch Positive: The location was great. The interior of the bungalow was comfortable with a nice and appropriately appointed kitchen, dining and seating areas. Having available parking was a huge plus. Easy to access the beach and an easy walk to Atlantic City boardwalk. Negative: On day of arrival, we were notified there would be construction. While we weren't happy with the last-minute notification, we thought we would be ok with the noise between 8 and 5, however, we were shocked to find rusty nails and large bags of trash all over the back patio area making the BBQ, Firepit and outdoor seating totally UNSAFE and unusable, forcing us to change some of our dining and relaxation plans. Pictures were shared with owner, but no response has been forthcoming. Some compensation should be offered due to the unavailability and deplorable condition of the outdoor space. Definitely not as advertised. On the interior, we had to clean the AC filters, one bedroom door and a dresser drawer were in need of repair. Pillows are thin. Could use more light at entry door and house number could be made more visible. A mirror in middle bedroom would have been nice. The back bedroom AC was very loud.

Weekend Getaway Positive: Great location and lots of local attractions. Walkable area.

Great location convenient to the beach and restaurants. But if you’re looking for peace and quiet, look elsewhere. Positive: The Location was fantastic. You could walk to the beach you could walk to Wawa. You could walk to restaurants. Negative: The property was quaint, but a bit worn. If you are looking for a place that will have peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Every night, the people above us were partying until three 4 o’clock in the morning. You were here every step, every laugh, every movement of furniture. It was difficult to get a good nights sleep

Cute place need some improvements, but all things considered I’d recommend it Positive: Liked the amenities, nicely arranged. The little for eating was broken, and actually not big enough for three people. You should probably replace the front door to make it more appealing from the inside., And so people can’t look in. Negative: Your neighbor to the corner, who has a dog, left the dog outside, barking continuously all nite, and I’ll take him inside.

We had an amazing time! Positive: The proximity of the beach was awesome!
